Current: 

Set up her own leadership and business growth coaching and consultancy in April 2009 called Future Inspired.  She is currently coaching a wide variety of individuals towards greater personal, business and organisational success.  This includes a senior leader in a corporate, an ex Ceo of another corporate, small business owners and individuals such as a comedian!

Past:

Beverley has worked for 12 years in consultative selling, business development, Client Management and delivery of Learning & Development solutions, for the recruitment industry and the corporate world.  Clients included Abbey National, Network Rail, ASDA and British Waterways

Business development experience includes:

  • Cold calling, closing and ongoing follow up
  • Face to face sales meetings, proposals and pitches

  • Sales financials and pipeline management

Solutions have included the works of international gurus in the fields of sales, sales management, personal development, recruitment and leadership behaviours.  Also she has worked with world-class psychometric tests and behavioural assessment on an individual, group and organisational basis.

  • BSC Hons Degree in Psychology & Counselling
  • Life coaching (1yr programme, Coaching & Mentoring Int.)
  • Coaching for leadership (programme accredited by the International Coach Federation-ICF)
  • Accredited in CHPD's High Performance Behaviour, leadership framework
  • Accredited in Farsight Leadership model for self and 360 assessment
