Let me just ask you.........
Are you spending time working on “stuff” that is not accumulating into the results you want? Are you overwhelmed by options? Do you find it difficult to prioritise? Are you getting out there and meeting people but struggling to sell? Do you jump from one training course or book to another and find it difficult to apply it because you don’t know where to start?
If so, you must feel like you're running around like a headless chicken!

You won’t be surprised if I tell you that your levels of courage and resilience have a huge impact on your ability to survive, grow and sustain your business! So why am I telling you this?
Well, I may be stating the obvious but sometimes it’s good to be reminded of such things, so that you recognise it within yourself, celebrate it and develop it even further….especially in difficult times or when you are looking to lead your business through a growth phase as most of our clients are.

As you probably know, I recently exhibited at the Business Start-up Show in London Excel. It went really well and I was very proud of what we achieved. When I reflected on what worked and what could be done differently, I decided to write a blog so that other business owners can benefit from it. So it’s in the form of a 10 Step checklist. This list is not exhaustive, do your research aswell, if you go ahead with an exhibition stand.
